Foldable Ice Tub for Outdoor Cold Therapy

This is the cutest little ice tub! Its very easy to put together - just feed the support rods into the slots and blow up the top rim (it doesn't need much air). This makes it super easy to take down when needed and put back up again. I can't say enough about the ease of assembly. It just takes a couple of minutes and the tub is ready for use. While its easy to figure out, the instructions could be a lot better. They don't say anything about the hand pump.

This was very to set up and feels sturdy for both my husband and I. We are excited to be adding regular cold plunges to our routines for our physical and mental health. This is a great tub to use as a stepping stone to something that's more of a permanent fixture, and it comes with its own carrying bag, making it super portable for when you need to move it around or bring it along somewhere.

It was easy to assemble, which is important if you're going to get good use out of this kind of product, that you may not want to keep up at all times. In turn, it's also easy to drain and put away. It comes with a storage bag making it easily portable and also protected when not in use. It also has a cover if you don't want to drain and put it away after each use. The image of the tub does look a bit sturdier/harder than it actually is but that isn't a problem. Just sharing so you're not surprised. My husband is a man over 200lbs, 5'11" and he fits this tub comfortably without issue. For the price point, this is a great tub to begin your cold plunge journey.
