Ring fitness home

This rings were perfect for my home gym. I wrapped them with some tape to get a better grip. They were plastic and a bit slippery so they needed something to make them easier to hold on to.

These are awesome. I really don't know what more you would get by paying for some of the more expensive brands (aside from the Olympic certified ones). These work great! I put them up over some rafters in the garage and use them for dips, push-ups, rows, pull ups. Really the options are endless. Unfortunately, the rings don't quite reach to the ground to do real good push ups with my feet on the ground, but I made a jump box and just put my feet on it to get around parallel with the rings. I also do some core exercises with my feet in the rings and my hands on the jump box...talk about a core workout!!! In this position we do knees-to-chest, then pike holds, then diagonal knee pulls and finish of with mountain climbers- all with feet in the rings and your core lit up.

If you're looking for an inexpensive pair of rings that are still quality, here you go! Good grip, strong and easy to use straps. I was actually able to 'mount' these without any drilling whatsoever in my basement. I simply looped them over a beam with a folded towel between the straps and the bean to avoid rubbing/wear.

I weigh 350lbs and I use this to help with easy variation pull up training. It holds my weight well and works well. Love it. 10/10 would buy again only if mines for some reason broke but so far, it's great quality.

I'm light at 140 lbs so I can't attest to its hold. But it holds me fine, the band lengths are long and adjustable. The adhesive on the tape is useless though, I just duct taped the end so it doesn't come undone not a big deal. I did not think about it though but it might have been nice to have straps with measurements for ease of setup, with these you just kind of eyeball it. Can't complain though, they work and they're holding me up just fine.
