Do i need to create an account with OLIVIA to purchase something?    

No, you can place orders as a guest, but we do recommend that you sign up with us to avoid inaccuracies.

Do you deliver outside Malaysia?                 

No, we don’t ☹

 

Do we get a tracking number?           

Yes. We will notify you via email along with the receipt and a code to track your purchase.

 

How can I pay?    

We accept online payment (FPX) . Do visit our Payment page for more details. 

 

Can I cancel my order?  

Nope. Once you have placed and made a payment to your orders, you are not allowed to cancel.

 

What if i have ordered the wrong item?

If you do, please do drop us an email at hello@oliviaaccessories.com or whatsapp at +60172356182 on the same day that you have placed the order.

 

Do you accept exchange?        

Nope. but you can return or exchange any items if faulty or damaged. For more information, please refer to Return & Exchange Policy page.

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping charges for returns?  

Yup. Shipping charges for return orders must be borne by you. OLIVIA will only cover the shipping charges if they are faulty / damaged orders.

 

Can I shower with my jewellery on?     

NNNOOOOOOOOO please don't do that.

 

I received a damaged item, what now?

Do you restock sold out items? 

Yes, we do but it will take time :)
