Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@oliviaaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@oliviaaccessories.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), are non-returnable.
