Refund & Exchange Policy
- Returns are only applicable to non-promotional items. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings and necklaces are neither non-refundable nor-exchangeable unless faulty.
- Accessories must be returned within 7 business days.
- Accessories must not be worn.
- Accessories must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Accessories returned without the original tags, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- All shipping costs of return orders must be borne by the customer. Olivia Accessories will bear the costs if items are faulty.
Any faulty or damaged item(s), we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, however, you will need to contact us no later than 1 business day of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com
Note: All items must be returned to us in perfect condition exactly as you received.

If your item(s) arrives at Olivia Accessories within the 7 business day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be notified via email when the transaction has taken place. NOTE: Our Payment gateway may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from Olivia Accessories.
Refunds will be transferred into the same account which you originally used to purchase your item(s).
