Walker Sponge Earphone Sleeves

Worked for about 2 months then at for about a month, now they won't even power up. $300 down the drain, never again.

I got these for use at my local gun range to use instead of the overear Walker headphones. I've had them since Feb. 2024. They work as advertised, and I've had no issues with them. My music sounds good with them, and I can hear when purple are speaking to me with no problems. I've had phone calls while shooting, and don't remember anyone having any complaints with my sound. My only issue has been that if someone is shooting an AR short barrel besides you, but even headphones don't block that sound.

I have had all sorts of ear buds and muffs and these are my go to. They are great for hunting as they have pass through technology and have bluetooth capabilities. I have used in my daily life to connect to the tv and still listen to my dogs and wife snore at night. They work just as good as muffs as i can shoot 6.5 creedmoor and 5.56/.223 without noticing a difference in protection.

I tried two pair of isotune calibers before getting these. First set of the isotunes arrived D.O.A. Amazon took care of the replacement, no problem. Returned the second set of isotunes for these, becasue the isotunes were just horrible at noise cancelation and fell short in other areas also. These were cheaper any way.
I was skeptical of these because every set of over the ear walkers I have tried, the ambient sound sounds like someone has recorded a live conversation on cassette tape and was playing it back. Nothing like the sound quality of MSA Sordins. But these have good ambient sound. Noise cancelation is great.
Can't report on battery life because I haven't used them enough yet.

I bought the Walker's Razor Earmuffs a few weeks ago and thought they worked quite well. A friend suggested that I upgrade the gel ear pads. I was hesitant to buy the upgrade since the Earmuffs were brand new, but the price was pretty good so I gave it a shot. The new pads were simple to replace and only took about 30 seconds each. They do form a better seal and are more comfortable. I would recommend them.
