Watch a tutorial on how to make a balloon Harlan or arch. Directions are not included. All parts and pieces were included and the balloons were great colors. Everyone loved the design I created. You do not necessarily need to make what the pictures for the product show.

Had more than enough balloons and I added a few details of my own. But everyone loved this. The only complaint the “boo” balloon would not stay inflated, but not a huge deal, I just bought a spider ballon and put in front of it. I’d buy again.
