Awesome punching bag set for kids! Comes as described and made of quality materials. I appreciate the fact that it can be utilized with sand or water for stability. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Pleasantly surprised, this bag is great for workouts at home. It works perfect for me with my daily workout, plus my son and grandson practice with it every time they visit me. I’ve found it’s best to fill the base with a little water or sand. If you are to do any hard punching or kicking, sand may be better. It comes with the bag, gloves and a pump. I can recommend it for both adults and kids for honing their skills at home.

I appreciate the option to fill the base with water and the remainder with air. While it's sturdy with water, I personally prefer using sand for added stability during kicks and heavy punching. This bag is ideal for teaching kids kicking techniques and new moves, as well as for adults' training and workouts. It makes for a great gift—an overall nice and sturdy bag. Gloves are also included!

We love this . Perfect for 8 plus years old because its soft for kicks . Very stable and doesn’t move all around .. this is perfect for son who has ADHD and wants activity inside besides gaming .. highly recommend.
