Diced up an onion and six potatoes in two or three minutes. Also easy cleanup. Well worth the cost.

I once bought a mandolin slicer and nearly cut off my finger! This one is so much safer! It’s super easy to use and while not impossible to hurt yourself with it you would have to be a dummy to hurt yourself! I love slicing sweet potatoes with it! It has varying slicing thicknesses and you can even julienne veggies with it. I wonder who ended up eating that piece of skin I sliced off my finger on the other slicer!!

I think I'm going to like this . . .

I am not one to buy gadgets, but after seeing a demo on Facebook, it caught my attention. Searching Amazon was my next step and I am very happy took a chance. With four blades to choose from, I can get the perfect julienne carrot strips for salads and thinly shredded cabbage for slaw. I still have two blades to try, but am very satisfied with the results so far. It is very easy to clean and, stored in its box, fits neatly in the cupboard.
