I am 64 and use this ab roller. Works well, could not get the timer to stay on but did not use a timer anyway. I would definitely buy this product again.

This one claimed to be all metal and more solid, but unfortunately, although the arm bars are metal like the other one, the connectors that hold the handles to the roller are small flimsy plastic pieces and won’t be able to withstand the pressure or a 200+ pound person like me (says up to 350 but no way). I’ll use it until the duct tape is required to hold it together.

Good Product

I like the grip on the wheel and the comfortable foam handles. It was very easy to assemble and is also very sturdy. Seems like a quality product.
