Makes cutting easy 👍 even for a novice cook. Good weight/ balance & fine edge helps me glide over things like butternut squash or even oranges I think it's worth it especially for the price considering I've already purchased the Zwilling Pro and it's a plus that it fits in my knife block 👌

My family got this for me as a gift, because it was on my list. It cuts through whole chicken like a dream, and helps me clean up roasts taking silver skin off effortlessly. I'm very happy with it, but I am going to have to hide it from my family else they'll try to use it for other kitchen knife tasks like spreading butter, opening packaging, or cutting vegetables. It seems to hold an edge pretty well, and sharpening it wasn't too bad.
